| 胰蛋白胨、牛心浸粉提供碳氮源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖提供碳源；脱纤维兔血（或羊血）为溶血性链球菌提供大量生长因子；结晶紫和叠氮钠为选择性抑菌剂。 | ||||||||||||||||

| 称取本品 30.27g,加热溶于1000ml 蒸馏水中,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,冷至 50℃ 左右时加入脱纤维兔血（或羊血） 50ml,混匀,分装于无菌试管内,每管 2ml, 保存于冰箱内,备用。 | ||||||||||||||||
