| 蛋白胨提供碳氮源；硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、氯化钠和氯化钙提供各种离子可维持均衡的渗透压及利于目标菌的生长；磷酸二氢钾和磷酸氢二钠为缓冲剂；亚硫酸钠和去氧胆酸钠为选择性抑菌剂。 细菌的葡萄糖醛酸苷酶在碱性条件下，作用于4－甲基伞形酮－β－D葡萄糖醛酸苷（4－Methylumbellifery－β－D－Glucuronide简称MUG）的β糖醛酸苷键，使其水解，释放的4－甲基伞形酮在366nm紫外灯下产生蓝白色荧光。97%的大肠埃希氏杆菌、10%的沙门氏菌以及少量的志贺氏菌具有葡萄糖醛酸苷酶。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 称取本品 23.37g,加热搅拌溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装试管,每管 5ml,115℃高压灭菌 20 分钟,备用。 注:本培养基有少许沉淀。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
